Norman and Jill from Dinky’s Ice Cream Parlor | Taking a Chance on a Delicious Business

On this week’s episode we have Norman and Jill Matthews, owners of Dinky’s Ice Cream  Parlor and Grille. Check out their website here. Dinky’s was started when Norman, or Dinky (we’ll get in to that) hurt his back and wasn’t going to continue being a trucker. Jill gave him a book to write his ideas and the rest is history. We talk about the struggles they’ve faced not only during covid, but also opening two locations in the Lehigh Valley, their original in Bangor and now on E 3rd Street in south Bethlehem.
