Ep 774 | Why SCOTUS Is a One-Way Street for Conservatives

The three big “Cs” are on the agenda for today: courts, crime, and COVID. I tie all three together by showing how Republican fecklessness has ensured that we incur all the liabilities of a strong judicial supremacist system but none of the benefits. The same courts that are eager to overturn state decisions on important laws pertaining to a civil society then proceed to reject our lawsuits on coronavirus-related civil liberty violations and election law. The same is true with the police. They are only there to enforce coronavirus fascism, not to protect us from violent criminals.
