Pip Marlow is the CEO of Salesforce Australia and New Zealand and ASEAN. Her leadership career didn't happen overnight, and it certainly didn't happen with luck.
She spent more than two decades at Microsoft, initially starting in a junior position before finishing up as the tech giant's Australia country head. Last year, she was appointed to lead Salesforce in Australia, before later expanding that role to lead ASEAN.
So how did she make it happen? In this episode, she shares more on the journey. including how being upfron about her career ambitions has helped -- and is something that she would advise other people, rejecting the idea that it may sound arrogant or like you lack humility.
She shares with Kate Mills more on how major companies -- and their leaders -- can be forces for good on major progressive issues, as well as much more in this wide-ranging episode.
The Leadership Lessons is produced by Agenda Media and made possible thanks to the support of Salesforce. In our second season, we're continuing to interview female leaders on how to lead for the critical decade ahead.
