#124: Belonging: Remembering Ourselves Home with Toko-pa Turner
Toko-pa Turner is a Canadian author, teacher, and dreamworker. Blending the mystical tradition of Sufism in which she was raised with a Jungian approach to dreamwork, she founded the Dream School in 2001 from which hundreds of students have since graduated. Her bestselling book "Belonging: Remembering Ourselves Home" explores the themes of exile and the search for belonging.
In this episode we dive into Toko-pa's theories behind Belonging and Dreamwork, and her inspirations and experiences pertaining to both. She teaches us that perhaps belonging isn't a place at all, but rather a skill that we can nurture and strengthen within ourselves.
