The Comeback 'Cats were at it in their Big East opener, as the Villanova Wildcats used a couple of massive runs in the second half to overcome a big deficit against their rival Georgetown Hoyas. Villanova heated up from long range, then clamped down on the defensive end to go ahead and ultimately win, 76-63. With the DePaul Blue Demons undergoing a COVID-related shutdown, the 'Cats now turn their attention to the Butler Bulldogs in their first true home game at Finneran Pavilion on Wednesday night. It's a new-look Butler team that has also faced its share of COVID-related shutdowns and will be playing its first game since Nov. 25. Also, we can now (tentatively) look forward to the rest of the Big East schedule!
