C-Suite Minimalism for Victories in Work and Life: Coffee & Productivity #45 with Viktoriya Blazheva
Meet my podcast guest - Viktoriya Blazheva. Viktoriya wears many hats: she is FVP in a leading bank, responsible for its communications strategy, events management, corporate culture, brand management, online communications, sustainability and CSR strategy, sponsorship, and donations, executive, internal and external communications. She has also assumed additional responsibilities as the leader of the local roll-out of a new initiative of the bank – social impact banking. Among Viktoriya’s other hats are several board memberships in professional organizations and NGOs such as Trust for social achievement, Harvard Club of Bulgaria, etc. She is also a lecturer on corporate communications at the Bulgarian branch of London School of PR, and a speaker on marketing, communications, social entrepreneurship, among others.
Prior to working in a bank, Viktoriya was a journalist in a leading business newspaper "Capital Weekly". She has continued to write for media outlets also during her banking career. Along with that, she founded the initiative The C-Suite Minimalists as part of her MBA dissertation at Warwick Business School. More recently she started a blog and YouTube channel "Victory Corners", which runs the theme about minimalism and productivity to support “people’s small and big victories in work and life”. Moreover, Viktoriya recently co-authored an e-book on how to efficiently work from home.
