Hands up if you’ve ever eaten rubbish... then self loathed.
I think most of us can relate to this to some degree, at some point in our lives. Well, in this episode Bronwen Allix shares her own personal experience fighting the debilitating disease we know as Anorexia.
How it effected her young adult years, her relationships with her family, her loved ones and most of all her relationship with herself.
In this chat we also discuss what it was like for Bron as a female, to 'come out' and accept being gay, something that brought and brings its own set of challenges for her.
Oh, and she's one of my favourite humans - a PARAMEDIC. They're a special kind of AMAZING human being, it's no secret how much I adore and admire our first responders! It's conversations like these, with real and authentic people who openly share themselves and their stories in the open airwaves that make me truly appreciate humans and life and whatever the journey brings.
