Abigail Bardwell was an accomplished chef who hung up her tongs for the world of mental health. Abigail's path to the world of culinary arts is lined with her own depression, search for self-worth and self-infliction. Though, she wasn't alone. On December 12th, 2016, her older sister, Erin took her own life. Erin was diagnosed, a few years before, with Borderline Personality Disorder. Abigail recounts her own journey and struggles with mental health and self-infliction and how her own journey mirrored that of her sister's.
