In this episode of The MindBodyHealth Podcast I focus on christmas week and how you should approach it. I stress to everyone the importance of switching off for the few days of christmas as it´s a special time and once a year and we all need a total switchoff from life a few times a year. However too many switch off way before the big day itself and this mostly creates negative momentum that impacts post christmas. So in this podcast I speak to you about how I advise you to approach christmas week and how to still achieve alot in your various goals while having a wonderful christmas and timeout. Like any time of year it´s important to have a plan so hope this one helps you whether you follow it exactly or tweak it a bit. The main thing for me is that it gives you a bit of perspective on the week itself and that it aids you in making it a win in every way.
