I've been reading Permission to Feel by Marc Brackett and it's been such a great read for me so far. I wanted to share one of the ideas he shared in the book. It's about "Labeling" our emotions. What does it mean to be able to label our emotions? How does that help us? These questions are ones that I'm still learning a lot a bout and wanted to pass along my thoughts on episode 99!
