In response, more than 30 countries have banned or restricted travel from the UK. Here in the U.S., holiday travel is surging at the same time coronavirus numbers skyrocket. Tennessee now has the nation's highest number of new COVID cases per capita. The first shot of the Moderna vaccine in the U.S. could be given as soon as this morning. A growing number of cybersecurity experts blame Russia for a massive online attack, infiltrating more than 40 U.S. government agencies.
