Amanda grew up in Maine and studied archaeology at Boston University before serving eight years in the United States Navy. She later obtained a culinary arts Grand Diplome from Le Cordon Bleu, masters from Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism and studied wine while living in France. She is a 2x Ironman triathlete, 19x marathoner and has climbed four of the world’s seven summits. Amanda works in media, is a frequent traveler and having a complex history of TBI, neck injury and post concussion syndrome, raises awareness around recovery and adaptation.
