We hope you are managing to keep your head up, as we end the year in the uncertain way in which we have moved through the year.

For the last three weeks we have been looking at aspects of sick leave and sickness policy and procedures.  Now, as we near the end of this series of podcasts, one of the last things we need to look at is the occupational health process, and in particular, what happens if you disagree with your occupational health report.

This episode takes you through your rights about the occupational health report and looks at a scenario which the employer may be able to choose, as a way of justifying any decisions taken against you.
