Lisa Tamati, much like myself, doesn't do things by halves.

She has raced 2,250km races.

She has ran a race for 64 hours straight (sure breaking my get-8-hours-sleep rule).

She has even crossed the unchartered-by-civilians Lybian Desert.

All in the name of 'fun' might I just add.

Lisa shares my intrigue and curiosity around the extreme lessons that extreme sports teach us about ourselves.

As an Athlete, Coach, Business Woman, Author, Speaker and Podcast Host, Lisa is somewhat of an expert in performance, mindset, physiology, anti-aging, alternative treatments, biology, epigenetics and bio-hacking.

Today we talk about a lot of these things, covered in parts of her own journey as an endurance athlete and as the daughter of an ill mother who's care Lisa took from the medical world and into her own hands, with incredible results.
