My diet and weight loss journey began back in 2013 with a goal of losing enough weight to be able to help my mother who had been diagnosed with cancer. Since that time I have tried many diets before arriving at the ketogenic diet as the solution to my health and weight loss goals.
On today’s podcast I’ll share the many different paths I took along my journey, the many different diets I tried, and how I ultimately arrived at the keto diet as the solution to my weight loss and health problems.
