Overcoming anxiety problems means making a good recovery plan and executing it. In this episode I'm joined by my friend Billy from Anxiety United. We discuss the basics of a good recovery plan including breaking things into small steps, the importance of repetition, and changing how you think and talk about your anxiety problems. We also answer questions from the Facebook group.
