The problem with taking online assessments.
Taking an online test is a great starting point, but oftentimes people take the type that’s returned to them as the holy grail.
But 65-70% of the time, these assessments are inaccurate. The more people dig into the type they’ve received, the more they see a disconnect. They want to believe that it’s a great tool, but it’s not clicking.
