Britain has authorized another vaccine for emergency use. One of the scientists who developed the Oxford AstraZeneca vaccine calls it "a vaccine for the world." A new strain of the coronavirus, first discovered in Britain and thought to be more contagious, has been found in the U.S. for the first time. Congressman-elect Luke Letlow of Louisiana has died from complications of the coronavirus. President-elect Joe Biden blames the Trump administration for the slow pace of vaccinating Americans.
