Britain has authorized another vaccine for emergency use. One of the scientists who developed the Oxford AstraZeneca vaccine calls it "a vaccine for the world." A new strain of the coronavirus, first discovered in Britain and thought to be more contagious, has been found in the U.S. for the first time. Congressman-elect Luke Letlow of Louisiana has died from complications of the coronavirus. President-elect Joe Biden blames the Trump administration for the slow pace of vaccinating Americans. We're joined by the Republican governor of Maryland, Larry Hogan. CBS News has learned that authorities were warned about the Nashville bomber more than a year ago. Louisville is close to firing two police detectives for their roles in the Breonna Taylor case.
