We hope you are doing well, as we continue to move within the covid-19 restrictios.

This week, we’re into the last week of our mini-series on sickness at work and we’re ending with a focus on your data protection rights in relation to your own medical records. 

Since the introduction of GDPR, your rights have been strengthened and, we felt it useful to revisit those rights, so you know what your employers can and cannot do, in relation to accessing your medical records.
