Happy New Year, from our dysfunctional FYIS family to yours! This week we celebrate this past year that was obviously filled with love, light and HAPPINESS. RIGHT?! Aren't we all happy?!?! Just wondering when this Molly is going to kick in.
This week, we invite some of our favorite guests from this year to come back to talk all about New Years. We start with a New Year's sing-a-long with everyone's favorites "Nick and Nick" aka Nick Vatterott and Nick Turner from the super silly podcast ''Get Rich Nick''. This game proves it's been a lonnnnnnng Decemmmmber. It really has, hasn't it? Cue Courtney Cox please! Don't worry. We will have her on the pod soon.
Then we play a game all about crazy New Year's traditions from around the globe (empty suitcases, smashed plates, tons of grapes!) with everyone's favorite judge from 'Persia's Got Talent', Nazanin Nour. She's not the host. She's a judge. Get it straight.
We end our New Year's special with an old-timey medicine game co-written and co-hosted by FYIS's own Kelly Wallace-Barnhill and Jordan Morris of the podcast "Jordan, Jesse, Go!", played by Alison Rosen of the podcast ''Alison Rosen is Your New Best Friend'' and her husband Daniel. What does old-timey medicine have to do with bringing in the new year? Nothing, but Kelly and Jordan love old-timey medicine and it makes them happy so deal with it, okay?
