In this first HCP episode of 2021, hosts Larry Barker and Drew Cline discuss a few of the many lessons we've learned from 2020. Without a doubt this past year was one of, if not the hardest year any of us has ever faced. As pastors we were forced to take a step back, remember what was most important about our call and mission and then lean forward into the unknown of what 2020 had to offer.

In many ways 2020 was an amazing year as it helped many of us to draw closer to the Lord and as many of our creature comforts were taken away - Jesus became our calm in the storm.
Church services once paused resumed and we continued to preach the good news of Jesus with a uncommon dose of pastoring through unprecedented realities. Yet God has been good and by His grace we continue to lead in the unknown and trust for His continued kindness and provision in our churches for this year to come.
