Instead, she simply wanted to “Get Healthy.”
To do what she had to do to get rid of the joint pain and stiffness that caused her to hurt all over… leaving her a prisoner in her own body, unable to enjoy even the simplest activities of life.
This desire to “Get Healthy” led her to make changes in her lifestyle.
Physical changes.
Nutritional changes.
Emotional changes.
Changes that have helped her “Get Healthy.”
And, therein lies the secret.
Remember, Anedra never set out to lose weight.
Instead, her goal was to “Get Healthy” so her joint pain would disappear.
She did… and her joint pain disappeared.
In addition, as a “side-effect”, she dropped 67 pounds.

NOT by trying to lose weight… but by trying to “Get Healthy.”
Best of all, she’s not done.
