Awareness is defined as the knowledge or perception of a situation or fact.
In this simple definition lies the key to all transformation and change. How? Simply because of this: In order to change something, a habit, an attitude, a situation, etc, you need to CHOOSE differently. In order to CHOOSE differently, you need to be aware of the current choice you are making and aware of the ability you have to change that choice.
In the absence of awareness of our thoughts, emotions, habits, patterns, and actions, we will continue to be dominated by the rhythm and cadence of our life as if on autopilot.
