These myths still linger and they manifest in a multitude of different ways but they're still kicking around. So we're gonna dive into these beliefs and I want you to take a moment when I mentioned these to kind of do a little check on yourself, Are there ways that this belief is manifesting in me? Is this something that I do believe or that I've held on to in the past? And is this something that is currently serving me in what I'm trying to accomplish?
