The Denver Broncos introduced George Paton as the team's next General Manager in a press conference on Tuesday. Paton discussed why he really wanted the Broncos job during the interview process, his belief in collaboration, and utilizing a forward-thinking mindset that will help the Broncos compete now and down the road.
