Latasha Calf Robe joins The Forgotten Corner this week to discuss Alberta’s recent decision to expand coal mining on the eastern slopes of the Rocky Mountains and the further trampling of Indigenous rights as the UCP strives for corporate profits over the health and culture of the Blackfoot people, and Albertans as a whole.

Latasha offers a passionate and informative view on the current Grassy Mountain Coal Mine project in the Crowsnest Pass. As a member of the Blood Tribe, Calf Robe is fighting for her people and her culture as mining will threaten everything she holds dear.
