One channel that was known for their commercial break shorts was Cartoon Network. Through the 90s and 00s, they had some awesome stuff. They might still now, but we have no idea! Adult Swim took it to the next level with their infomercial time slot at 3am. Those could end up being a wild 10 minutes.
