We talk about how one can deal with constant comparison to their sibling and if one is unable to reach out for help, how they can understand the effect being part of a dysfunctional family has on them and how one can work on healing the wounds that may have been created.
We also talk about what point one can say thats theres no chance for reconciliation in the family and how one can reach out to their friends without burdening them.
Lastly, we discuss how one can help their friend, if they are blaming themselves for their parents getting divorced/having other family issues.
