Every parent deals with fussy eaters and faces the problem of figuring out what to feed their youngest child, so in today’s episode we have the founder of Mummy Cooks and author of “Mummy Cooks Baby and Family Recipe Book; Cook for Family, Adapt for Baby,” Siobhan Berry. She tells us what her meal plan is for her own baby and how we can avoid spoiling our baby, keeping things simple and giving them good foods that they can eat and slowly introduce more solid foods. We follow this with what babies drink and Siobhan suggests drinking from the tap, but if you live in an area that doesn’t have good tap water, boil your water and have them drink it that way.
