While Choice doesn't seem like a tool, making the right choices can have profound impacts on your life and success.
We introduce you to the STFAR model to understand choice
S: Stimulus - what happened
T: Thought - your thinking because of that stimulus; sometimes automatic (habitual), sometimes "thoughtful"; Your thoughts bring meaning to the stimulus and have the power to make it "good" or "bad"
F: Feeling - what you feel as a result of that thought. That feeling could be resourceful or un-resourceful.
A: Action - what you do as a result of that thought and feeling
R: Result - what happens due to that action done
When you can master choice, then life becomes so much more interesting.
