Today’s episode will allow you to understand at an even deeper level why two of the same Enneagram types can be radically different from one another.

The TriTypes will help you understand more about yourself.
You don’t hear about the TriTypes much because it will send you down a rabbit hole, but they’re important to help you understand why you resonate with or lean into different numbers.
With the TriTypes, we end up having 27 different combinations.
This is why there’s more to the Enneagram than just 9 types; it’s very complex and pretty amazing. In fact, I could talk for days and days about all the TriType combinations.
Instead, I’m going to give you a simple introduction.
Basically, each main type takes on multiple expressions; the three main expressions are found in the 1. gut or body center, 2. the heart center, and 3. the head center.
We all use all three, but depending on our type, it’s harder for us to access certain centers.
Our TriTypes don’t always reflect our growth or stress numbers—or even our wings. For example, I use my gut first, then my heart, and lastly my head. My tritypes would be the 8 (gut), then the 3 (heart), and lastly the 7 (head).
Here’s how to identify yours...
