We hope you are doing okay as conversations take place about whether the government is intending to scale back your employment rights, now that the UK has left the EU. We’ll bring you updates about this as things develop.

In this week’s episode, we look at one of the discussions already taking place about covid, which surrounds announcements by some employers, that they will either sack or refuse to hire people who refuse to take the covid vaccine.

In the episode we explore the thinking of employers around this issue and what employment rights you have, if you find yourself sidelined or dismissed from your job, for refusing to have a covid vaccine.
