1. I love Almond butter and cashew butter. I get them with no additives, but cashew butter has either sunflower oil added or high oleic sunflower oil for easy stir. Are these additives bad? Also what are best oils for cooking. Thanks!
2. Recommended prophylaxis Covid supplements: How much of which ones, what time of day to take them, with or without food, and which ones to take together for best synergistic effect?
3. What made you change your mind about supplements from what you thought previously?
4. I began telogen effluvium about seven months ago (Covid-related). I've lost 2/3 of my hair at this point so I went to a dermatologist today where I was formally diagnosed with massive effluvium, had a scalp biopsy, prescribed a topical steroid cream to calm my scalp, and instructed to stop all supplements for six months. What are your thoughts on ceasing supplements? I was told Biotin was not scientifically proven to help with hair/skin/nails.
5. Interested in your feelings on the keto diet. Net carbs versus total carbs. Pluses, minuses, long term viability etc.
6. Can Dr. Rogers explain how each of the three vaccines react within the body and if he has an opinion on which one is the better.
