I have been feeling super lonely lately and, I’m not sure if I’m expecting too much from people?
I had this realisation that I was very lonely. Now I know autism comes with loneliness as a feeling, due to many factors.
But autism loneliness has been intensified by the covid pandemic and the lock down rules.
I was talking with my girlfriend about this, and I feel i have friends that I can talk to over what’s app and FaceTime / zoom but, I don’t have a closeness with them to discuss things of personal matters.
Then we realised I don’t have a friend In my life that I can talk to about things like this.
But is it because I am asking too much of a friend? Or is it that I am not opening up enough to friends, and that in fact my friends would listen.
