Travel Blogger Alyssa Ramos | How to Travel on a Budget

Alyssa Ramos is a 33-year-old self-made Cuban-American travel blogger and social media influencer. She left societal norms behind eight years ago and has traveled the world ever since. Alyssa is an adventure junkie and loves pushing her limits, especially if people tell her she can't do something. She specializes in "solo female adventure travel," but her exploits are anything but tame. Alyssa has visited 85+ countries and all seven continents, with her favorite places being Antarctica, Iceland, Japan, Svalbard, India, and the Amazon Rainforest in Brazil.

You may recognize Alyssa from her Instagram account ( @MyLifesATravelMovie  ), where she takes "back-of-head" selfies to prove she can succeed without showing her face. For the record, Alyssa did not come from a wealthy family or have a boyfriend. She grew up poor with a single mom and four siblings. Now, she is grateful to say that she gets paid to travel. Alyssa worked hard to achieve her dream, and she continues to inspire and motivate others to travel and pursue their dreams fearlessly.
