Adam's worked in Michelin-starred restaurants across Europe, including Tallevent, La Palme d’Or and Restaurant Gordon Ramsay in London. Chef Horton earned the prestigious accolade of One Star in Michelin's Famous Red Book making him the youngest chef in the country to hold a Michelin Star.
