This topic came up during the coaching call, I observed from the questions raised was that they didn't really know what to expect during maintenance. So that got me thinking about my relationship with food and about how I view food and how I use it in my life. And wanting to share that because I think it is really important to start this conversation off with. I believe that we all have different needs and the idea that one size fits all doesn't fit anybody well. So, let's dig in.

That's where I'm at, that's how I approach food. It's how I go through my day in terms of food, and my hope is that offers you some insight into a possibility. Again, it doesn't mean it's the right possibility, it doesn't mean that this is the right way to do food and nutrition. This is what has worked for me. I don't believe that there is a right way to have a relationship with food, I don't believe there is one right way to have a relationship with food, I do believe there is a way that is effective for you.
