Slam dunk GM hire...but what about Brian Burke?

The Pittsburgh Penguins are never boring, that much we know. Today, they announced two massive hires for the organization as Ron Hextall has been named general manager and Brian Burke is the President of Hockey Ops. Hunter dissects both moves and starts with Hextall as that's a slam dunk. What kind of general manager will likely be with the Penguins? Does he have it in him to be more aggressive? Hunter then gets into the Burke hire and if he's going to be involved with the day-to-day operations or mainly just be an advisor.
