Should the NHL change the playoffs this year to the "top team picks who they play?"

We're starting to get updates on the NHL's plan for the playoffs next season and there's a lot of different scenarios. Will there be an all-division playoffs until the final 4? What about conference based? Hunter breaks those down, plus add his own idea in of letting the top teams pick their opponents in a live show.
