What are his thoughts on the Karmanos firing? Is Jason Botterill going to be back? The two then get into some potential big theories behind these moves...one of them being if this was ownership mandated? Is this the start of the Penguins going fully into an analytics front office? Has Mario removed one of the "Yes Men" from Jim's staff like Jim did to Mike Sullivan's coaching staff?
