Prayer For Courage

Hello. This is Pat Willie, the founder, and CEO of the not-for-profit ministry, The Gathering. When women gather, when women worship. Thanks for joining in this podcast, the two-minute prayer. I believe that prayer is essential. It is life-giving and life-sustaining, and it only takes just a minute to pray.

Father God in the name of Jesus. We thank you and praise you that you are our God. Thank you, God, that you are on our side. We thank you, God, in the name of Jesus that you are our portion today. Fear is not our portion. We will not be afraid. We will lean and trust on your word and your word declares that you have a plan for our lives according to Jeremiah 29 and 11.

And your word declares that all things work together for the good. For them that love God to them who are called according to your purpose. in the name of Jesus, whatever thing that we may be facing, whatever trial that we may be going through, we declare that you are with us. We declare the final outcome is that God will bring us through it in Jesus' name.

We delight in the fact and knowing that you are always there and that you will bring us through the difficult times in our lives. Now God strengthens our hearts, strengthen our minds. In Jesus' name. Let your word rise up greater in us, than our circumstances, and we give you glory. We give you praise in Jesus' name. We pray.
