This week, I catch up with rural mum Lucy Prentice. Lucy is one in a million. Literally. With three young kids including twins, Lucy found herself in the fight of her life after being diagnosed with an extremely rare cancer. It all came not long after her and husband suddenly had to step up and take on the family farm. It's been one hell of a ride.
