Welcome back to the Sutta Meditation Series Podcast.
Following a request to provide short instructions to meditate on the Anumāna Sutta (MN 15), this short talk gives a brief summary of the sequential steps to abandon unwholesome "duvaco" qualities that make us difficult to instruct and cultivate more wholesome "suvaco" qualities that make us easy to instruct. Venerable MahaMoggallana encourages us to regularly review ourselves by using the simile of the mirror to see if we have any blemishes.
It's useful to have listened to the longer session "Why we struggle to understand Dhamma".
