Eric McMahon, Coaching and Sport Science Program Manager at the NSCA, joins us.

"Eric McMahon is the Coaching and Sport Science Program Manager for the National Strength and Conditioning Association based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He joined the NSCA at the beginning of 2020 after a 15-year coaching career in professional baseball, with the Texas Rangers, Milwaukee Brewers, and the MLB Europe programs, and in college athletics. In his current role, Eric oversees the delivery of the new NSCA Sport Science Program, which includes the newly released textbook, NSCA’s Essentials of Sport Science, and the Certified Performance and Sport Scientist™ (CPSS™) exam scheduled to launch mid-2021. Eric collaborates with coaching groups across the NFL, NBA, NHL, and MLB, in addition to the college and high school levels, to support professional development, education, and career advancement opportunities."
