There is nothing more important to the ongoing success of an organization than the future- preparedness of its employees, key decision makers and board of directors. The actions leaders take based on their views and perceptions of the near future determine whether their organisation will succeed in these times of permanant VUCA and exponential technological / societal shifts, or will be disrupted into irrelevance.
