Finessing Her Way through Multiple Sensitivities while Regaining Her Health with Barbara Pleshko-Berger

#020 - This week's guest is Barbara Pleshko-Berger.  Like so many, her health journey began at such a young age with symptoms like mono, tonsilitis, and digestive issues, which have become all too common in recent years.  After a series of traumas in her adult years, she found herself in her 40s with food sensitivities, fatigue, chronic pain, a breast cancer diagnosis, and then mystery heart rate spikes.  In our discussion, we talk about how her journey was impacted by being sensitive to certain foods and supplements and how she worked through that to support her health journey.   So if you're someone who tends to be sensitive and you have to start a health journey more slowly, this episode is for you.
