What are you passionate about?

• What fuels your fire?
• What gets you out of bed in the morning?
• What drives you to do all the things?
  

What is your why?

• Why do you do what you do?
• What is your motivation?
  

Evaluate current role

• Like, why?
• Disklike, why?
• Love, why?
• Hate, why?
• Challenge
• What does your work contribute to?
• Goals
• Growth potential
• Culture fit
• Company mission / purpose
  

How do you feel about all those things?

Do #3 for the previous 2-3 roles until you start to see patterns

Level of challenge

Passion - 'what', motivation, emotional

Purpose - 'why', reason for doing passion
