Episode 30: Never-ending race, with activist Taylor McNallie
Activist Taylor McNallie started Rural Albertans Against Racism in June of 2020 in an effort to see awareness of racial problems brought to areas of the province outside the big city. The group rebranded in October to become Inclusive Canada, but the message remains: Racism - systemic or otherwise - is still a very real problem in Alberta and Canada.
McNallie joins The Forgotten Corner this week to discuss her life growing up in rural settings and the bullying and abuse she endured, as well as her turn toward activism and the decision to not sit quietly while others suffer the same environment she did.
