In 1983, 27-year-old Janette Roberson's murder rocked the small town of Reed City, Michigan. Janette was murdered in the afternoon while she was working in the basement pet department of a store called Gambles. This was an extremely savage murder. But, somehow, no employees or patrons of the store upstairs heard anything. A composite sketch of a man seen in the store around the time of the murder was produced and circulated. No one in the town could say who this man was.
Join Mike and Morf as they discuss the mystifying murder of Janette Roberson. Janette was a wife and mother who had a huge heart and a deep love for animals. How could someone end her life so callously? Was this someone who had become infatuated with Janette and became enraged when she rebuffed his advances? Police are still working on this unsolved case and using advances in DNA technology to try to identify Janette's killer.
