What is Victimisation and How Do You Know if This Has Happened to You!
Send us a text
Hi there
This week we are into the last week of our mini-series on treatment at work having covered bullying in the first part of the series and harassment in the second part of the series. This week we conclude the series looking at victimisation at work and how you will know if you have been a victim of this.
Victimisation unlike bullying is covered by law under the Equality Act 2010 and a definition of victimisation is when you are treated badly because you complain about discrimination or you help someone who has been discriminated against. This is called victimisation. We explore this employment right in more detail, in this week’s episode.
Remember, you can access the grievance support documents below, if you need to make a complaint at work - and if you like what we are doing, remember to like, share and subscribe to our podcast and leave us a review. We would really appreciate this.
Until next week
Thanks for listening
Bye for now
